Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food items) unless they arrive damaged or spoiled.
- Products purchased on clearance or during special promotions, unless defective.
Refund Process

- Order number.
- Proof of purchase.
- Reason for the refund request (attach photos if applicable).
Once your request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 days.
Return Shipping
- For approved refunds due to defective or incorrect products, we will cover return shipping costs.
- For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Exchanges
